Housing

In most cases, on-campus housing is provided during Spring Clean-Up & Reunions. Please direct housing questions to collegehousing@fas.harvard.edu.

  • Housing assignments are determined by the Dean of Students Office and will be communicated via email prior to undergraduate move-out.
  • In accordance with College policy, any student in on-campus housing must be a current Harvard College undergraduate in good standing who is not on Leave of Absence/Required to Withdraw for either the Spring or Fall term. The status of all applicants will be reviewed by the Dean of Students Office.
  • Storage is not provided. You must abide by all policies set forth in the housing license included in the Spring Clean-Up & Reunions application. You may be required to move multiple times throughout SCU & Reunions due to the variable maintenance and occupancy needs of buildings throughout the summer.
  • Housing is provided while you are working. Any unexcused absences from your assigned shifts with Dorm Crew or the Harvard Alumni Assocation will result in the termination of your temporary housing and render you ineligble for the remainder of Spring Clean-Up & Reunions.
