Flexible Hours: Dorm Crew offers students some of the most flexible hours of any job on campus. Most students set their own hours, and some jobs can be completed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whenever is most convenient for students' schedules.

Leadership Opportunities: Students who work consistently throughout the year are invited to participate in an intensive leadership training program for student managers.
